I built my first two AI teammates as custom GPTs because I was tired of checking my own work twice.

One knows GA4 cold and catches configuration drift before it becomes a bad report. The other knows GTM cold and helps catch tagging decisions that could break something downstream.

That worked well enough that I kept going.

Instead of one chatbot trying to do everything, I built specialists, some by platform and some by job. This starter team includes six roles: GA4 Expert, GTM Expert, Research Analyst, Copy Expert, Design Expert, and Measurement Analyst.

The public versions now run as Gemini Gems, but the platform is not the point.
