Net Trust Score is a research & data project by Chris Heuer, Community Assistant .ai, listed on the A.I. Marketers Guild Labs community board. A public index where verified people rate top AI companies 0–10 on trust, ranked by Net Trust Score (% trust minus % distrust).
Net Trust Score is a public trust index for AI companies. Verified people rate each of the top AI companies from 0 to 10, and the leaderboard ranks them by Net Trust Score: the share who trust minus the share who distrust, in the style of Net Promoter Score. Each company page shows its score, the spread of ratings, how users and non-users differ, the trend over time, and anonymous reasons people give for their rating. I've built it because trust in AI is easy to talk about and hard to measure, and the market should be able to see it.
